Shelby serves as an Assistant Vice President on the sales team for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Dallas. She works closely with clients to deliver tailored title and escrow solutions across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate sectors including healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, energy, and retail. Shelby began her career with Fidelity National Title NCS New York in 2016, where she supported commercial title operations in one of the nation’s most active markets. She joined NCS Dallas in 2021 where she manages national pricing for the NCS Dallas operation, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and competitive quotes for multi‑state and multi‑site commercial deals
