She began her career with the Fidelity National Title Group in 2014, working in the claims department, where she gained foundational experience in title risk, policy interpretation, and claims resolution. Kelley joined Chicago Title NCS Dallas in 2021, expanding her practice into commercial underwriting across a diverse range of real estate asset classes.
