Pam Medlin serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Dallas, Texas. She began her career in the title industry in 1991, became an escrow officer in 1996 and joined the Dallas NCS office in 2001. Pam and her team focus primarily on senior and student housing where they handle many multi-site transactions. She enjoys that each transaction is different and is willing to go the extra mile to help the customer have a smooth closing.
