Chloe joined Chicago Title in 2012 and serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for the National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Dallas, Texas. While she has experience handling a variety of commercial transactions, she primarily focuses on development and construction of multi-family apartments and build-to-rent communities, land assemblages and industrial properties.
